Depth Digital does not currently use optional analytics, advertising or behavioural tracking technologies. The limited technologies described below support website security and the project-brief functionality requested by a visitor.
About cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small text file that a website or service may place in a browser. The browser can return the cookie when the same service is used again. Cookies may be temporary for a browsing session or remain until a specified expiry date.
Websites can also use similar technologies, including local browser storage, scripts and tags. Local storage allows a website to save information in a browser without using a traditional cookie. This notice uses “browser technology” as a general description for cookies and these related storage methods.
Some technologies are first-party, meaning they relate to the website being visited. Others are supplied by an external provider. Their purpose, rather than their name alone, determines whether consent or another legal exception may apply.
What this website currently uses
Depth Digital does not currently use:
- Google Analytics or another website analytics platform;
- Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta Pixel or another advertising pixel;
- behavioural profiling, heatmaps or session recording;
- embedded maps, videos, social-media feeds, booking widgets or review widgets; or
- marketing or cross-site tracking cookies.
The website’s fonts and animation libraries are hosted within the Depth Digital website package and delivered through Cloudflare. The pages do not request those display files from Google Fonts or jsDelivr.

A normal visit may result in no cookie being placed at all. The Cloudflare cookies listed above are conditional and are not advertising or analytics cookies.
Cloudflare security
Depth Digital uses Cloudflare for website hosting, content delivery and protection. Cloudflare’s standard configuration includes automatic DDoS protection, a Medium security level and Browser Integrity Check. Browser Integrity Check examines common request headers and may challenge requests that appear automated, abusive or unusual.
Most genuine visitors will not see a challenge and will not receive a Cloudflare clearance cookie. If Cloudflare asks a visitor to complete a security check, it may place cf_clearance after the check is passed. This is used only to provide security and access continuity, not to analyse browsing behaviour or serve advertising.
Cloudflare documents these security cookies as strictly necessary for the relevant security functions. More information is available in Cloudflare’s cookie documentation and Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
Client project-brief browser storage
When a visitor starts the client project brief, the form uses local browser storage to remember the information entered and the current questionnaire section. This protects progress if the page is closed, refreshed or revisited on the same device.
The stored draft may include information entered into the brief, so a visitor using a shared or public device should clear the draft after use. The questionnaire provides a “Clear saved draft” control. A local draft is also removed after a successful final submission.
If the visitor separately requests a secure continuation link, an encrypted online copy can be saved for up to 30 days. That online copy is held through Cloudflare rather than in a browser cookie. The browser’s local draft may also remember the continuation token and expiry information. More detail is provided in our Privacy Policy.
This storage is used only to record the selections made in the requested questionnaire and to provide its save-progress functionality. It is not used for analytics, advertising or tracking across websites.
Third-party services and external links
The website does not currently embed third-party maps, videos, social-media feeds, booking systems or review widgets. A normal page view therefore does not load those services or allow them to place cookies through an embedded component.
Some pages contain ordinary links to services such as WhatsApp. If a visitor follows an external link, the destination service may use cookies under its own notice. Those cookies are controlled by the destination provider and are not placed merely because the visitor viewed a Depth Digital page.
Contact and project-brief forms are transmitted through Web3Forms only when a visitor submits them. Optional continuation emails are sent through Resend, and payments may be processed through Square. The personal-information aspects of these services are explained in our Privacy Policy.
How to manage cookies and stored drafts
You can remove the project-brief draft by selecting “Clear saved draft” inside the questionnaire. You can also remove cookies and local storage for this website through your browser’s privacy or website-data settings.
Browsers generally allow you to view stored website data, delete it for one website, clear all website data or block cookies. The exact controls vary between browsers and devices.
Blocking or deleting a Cloudflare security cookie does not remove website content, but a visitor may be asked to complete another security challenge. Clearing the project-brief browser storage permanently removes the locally saved answers from that browser and they cannot be restored unless an active encrypted online copy was separately requested.
Future analytics or website services
Google Analytics is not currently installed or enabled. Depth Digital may consider adding analytics in the future, but this notice describes the website as it operates now.
Before enabling Google Analytics, advertising technology, an embedded service or another non-essential browser technology, we will assess what it collects, update this notice and the Privacy Policy, and introduce an appropriate consent or objection control where required. A future service will not be treated as active merely because it is mentioned here.
Contact and changes to this notice
We may update this notice if the website, Cloudflare configuration, project brief or service providers change. The current version will remain available on this page with a revised date.
