First concept within 72 hours
Your first visual homepage direction is provided within 72 hours of receiving the completed brief and essential content. This is the initial concept—not the completed website.

Design, development and optimisation
Once the direction is approved, we develop the required desktop and mobile pages, then build, test and optimise the complete experience. Straightforward projects may take around one week after approval; larger or more complex websites require longer.

Launch and support
We prepare the website for launch, connect the domain and, where included, configure HTTPS, analytics, Search Console, sitemap submission, redirects and indexing support.

Payment is taken only after you accept the mock design and have seen the full design direction for your website. If you do not like the web design, the payment is fully refundable.

There is no compulsory maintenance subscription. Optional support can cover content changes, new pages, performance checks, SEO improvements, analytics reviews and additional functionality.
