Pricing · Fixed and quoted up front

What it costs.
Before you commit.

A fixed price agreed before any work starts. No hourly billing, no invoice that grows as the project does, and nothing to pay each month unless you decide you want it.

The baseline

The basics are not extras.

Every website includes all of this, whichever package you choose. None of it is an upgrade and none of it is charged separately.

  • Bespoke design, never a template
  • Built to work on every screen size
  • SEO foundations — structure, metadata, sitemap, Search Console
  • 90+ performance target, tested on mobile
  • Contact form with spam protection
  • Your booking platform or booking link embedded
  • Existing reviews migrated across
  • Trustpilot and Google reviews embedded
  • Analytics set up and explained to you
  • Accessibility baseline
  • Domain and hosting configured
  • Handover session — you own everything

Payment after design approval. You do not pay the balance for a design you have not seen and approved.

No compulsory monthly fees. Support plans below are optional, and the site keeps working if you never take one.

Website packages

Three ways to start.

Priced by what the website needs to do, not by how long it takes me. If your project sits between two packages, I will tell you which one it belongs in before you pay anything.

Before you ask

The questions that decide the price.

Who writes the words?

You do, in most cases — nobody knows your treatments or your menu better than you. You can send rough notes rather than finished copy; tidying and structuring what you send is included. Writing it from scratch is a separate add-on, and I will say so before starting rather than after.

How many rounds of revisions are included?

Two rounds at the design stage, then a final pass for corrections before launch. In practice most projects settle inside that. If a project changes direction completely after approval, that becomes a new quote rather than a silent extra.

How long does it take?

Essential is about a week from design approval. Reef is usually two to three weeks. Deep depends on what is being built and is agreed before the deposit. The most common cause of delay is waiting on content, not development.

What if I need more pages later?

Extra pages are added as an add-on at any time. You are not locked into the package you started with, and nothing has to be rebuilt to grow.

Do I own the website?

Yes — entirely. The domain, the hosting account and the finished site are in your name. You can stay with me, take it to another developer, or leave it exactly as it is without paying anything further.

What happens if I cancel a support plan?

The website carries on working. Support plans are optional and cancel monthly; nothing switches off and nothing is held back.

Are there other costs?

Domain registration is roughly £10–£15 a year. Hosting is free at the traffic levels most small businesses see. Any paid third-party service you choose — a booking platform, an email service — is billed to you by that provider at their price, never marked up.

Full ownership as standard

Your account. Your files. Your website.

The domain, Cloudflare account and completed website remain under your control. You can use Depth Digital, work with another developer or leave the website unchanged without paying us a monthly fee.
